Hello, could you tell me anything as what to do when your ;gas lease; is about to expire????

Our neighbors have just signed up with in the last 6 months, and since a well pad has started being built, I have noticed we will expire this April, and the paragraph about renewal is 'no', and the paragraph about 'roll-over' lease is crossed out,,,so now what do we do?????

I think I read that the pipeline can't go across if there is no land lease, well, we also have a pipeline row, signed, oh delema's that we dont understand,
